Allyson Williams is a native of Jacksonville, Florida. She began her dance training at Jacksonville Centre of the Arts at the age of 3 and has trained in ballet, tap, modern, jazz, hip-hop, and West African. In 2017, she graduated high school from Douglas Anderson School of the Arts and during the same year, she was accepted into UNCSA, and graduated in May of 2021 receiving her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Contemporary dance.
While enrolled at UNCSA, she has performed works by Jose Limon, Martha Graham, Merce Cunningham, Robert Battle, Ashley Lindsey, Juel Lane, and Larry Keigwin. As Allyson’s dance journey continues, she is excited to share her knowledge and talent of dance to other students.
